Privacy Policy
Last updated 12 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect through theadrunway.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who is responsible for your data
The Ad Runway is a trading name operated by Bravus Ltd. Bravus Ltd is the data controller responsible for personal data collected through this website and is the entity you contract with for any services described on it.
For anything in this policy, write to scale@theadrunway.com.
What we collect
When you book a Creative Fatigue Audit we ask for your name, work email address, the website you run ads to, and answers to a short set of qualification questions covering your business type, ad platform, monthly ad spend, current challenge and how you found us. Once you choose a time slot we also ask for a phone number so we can reach you if the call drops.
If you email us directly we hold whatever you put in that email. We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, identity documents or any special category data through this site.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare and run the Creative Fatigue Audit call, and follow up about working together. We review the website you submit before the call so the audit is specific to your account rather than generic.
Our legal bases are your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We use third-party providers to run the site and our operations, including hosting, email delivery, calendar scheduling and customer relationship management. These providers process data on our instructions and only to deliver their service to us.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking records are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. If we go on to work together, records related to that engagement are kept for as long as the law requires us to retain business and accounting records.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can also object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interest.
Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets only the cookies needed to serve pages and keep them working. Those are not optional and we do not ask about them.
We also use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read, and the Meta pixel to measure which of our ads lead to a booking. These set cookies and are provided by Google and Meta, which may process the data outside the European Union. None of them load at all unless you accept cookies in the banner shown on your first visit.
If you decline, no analytics is loaded. Your choice is stored in your own browser, so it is remembered on later visits. To change it, clear this site’s data in your browser and the banner will appear again.
Changes to this policy
